 Purry-Purry Sauce is Fat Cat Gourmet's version of the classic South African condiment Piri-Piri Sauce (or Peri Peri Sauce, as it's known in some circles)! A magical Thai-Asian-inspired mix of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and peri-peri peppers — small red chilies that pack some powerful back heat.

Suggested uses:

• Use as a finishing sauce for grilled meat, chicken or veggies
• Mix with mayo and use as a sandwich spread or veggie dip
• Toss with wings or fried/boiled/grilled shrimp
• Mix into stir-frys and curries
