Pineapple Scotch Bonnet Chili Jam

Pineapple Jam! What do you mean you've never heard of it? Well you're missing out. This is a medium spicy jams and it has a healthy portion of heirloom Freeport Orange Scotch Bonnet chili peppers that add beautiful flavor and spice. The pineapple and chili peppers create a Caribbean inspired jam that is so good I sometimes catch myself eating it right out of the jar with a spoon. Use in sweet or savory applications. I love it on a ham sandwich myself.
