Wild Game Marinade marries the perfect blend of molasses, worcestershire, teriyaki and soy sauces with an original spice blend~ including rosemary, garlic and pepper~ to coax delicious flavors from any wild game – venison, duck, quail, elk – or not so wild chicken, pork or beef. The marinade imparts a piquant taste designed to accentuate but not overpower the natural flavors, while uniquely tenderizing and sealing in juices.
